Absolutely! During the first 6 weeks of the immersion, we'll take a close look at the right handstand techniques and build a strong foundation for your practice. We'll also address mindset, motivation, and how to work towards continuous progress.
During the 6 months, I'll personally guide you and hold you accountable as you work your way to your handstand goals. I'm always just one click away! You'll also receive an invitation to join The Handstand Academy's closed Facebook group where you can connect with me and your fellow students.
My recommended time investment is 5 days a week, with a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes a day. To develop a stable handstand in the middle of the room, it's important to have a regular practice. Life happens to everyone and it's fine if you skip a day, just don't let the all or nothing approach derail you from your practice.
My refund policy is really simple: if you don't like the immersion you can just get your money back (up till 90 days after your purchase).
Within this market, it's very common that people will offer you only a refund if you "do your homework", or something ridiculous like that. I don't want to do that. You can just get a refund if it's not a good fit, no matter what the reason was.
Valid reasons for a refund include:
